Professional Court Reporters prides itself on the timeliness and high level of accuracy of the transcripts we produce. ALL our transcripts are produced in house by the reporters themselves. We can accommodate any turnaround time that is necessary. Condensed copies, key word indexes and summation compatible files are all available. If a summation compatible file or a key word index is needed we ask you to notify us at the time of booking. We keep our records, audio and transcripts for a 6 year period.

HOW TO ORDER A TRANSCRIPT

Transcripts or transcriptions are ordered by email, This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it , by fax 416-512-2664 or ordinary post. It is very important that you include the style of cause, the name of the lawyer ordering and the date the examination was held. If counsel that is ordering was not present during the discovery we will require documentation from the court showing that counsel is a party to the action.

Copies condensées, index de mots-clés et dossiers compatibles pour sommation (à préciser lors de la réservation) sont aussi disponibles.  Nous conservons nos fichiers, audios et transcriptions pour une période de six ans.
