Lawyer’s Lounge

We offer a private lounge area with complimentary light breakfast and snacks throughout the day. We have partnered with Moxies Classic Grill on the first floor to provide a lovely fresh lunch daily.

We have a fridge available to you with complimentary bottled water and soft drinks.  Our lounge area gives you a comfortable relaxing environment away from the boardrooms.  As well, the large screen television allows you to catch up on the latest news or sports. 

Reception Area

Our spacious reception area is equipped with televisions and a comfortable seating environment to provide your clients a relaxing area to wait in.  There is a coffee station in the reception area where your clients can help themselves to complimentary coffee, juice and snacks throughout the day.

Coffee Stations

Not only do we have the lawyer’s lounge where you can find refreshments, we also have two other coffee stations positioned throughout the office where you can find complimentary coffee, juice and snacks.  At our second coffee station there is also another fridge full of complimentary bottled water and soft drinks.

Boardrooms

We have 19 boardrooms in total.  Seventeen of the boardrooms are windowed views.  The boardrooms vary in size, so at the time of booking if you make us aware of the amount of people you are expecting it will help us in providing you with the most comfortable boardroom setting.  Our facility is equipped with the highest level of sound masking which stops sound from carrying from room to room.  We have rooms equipped with white boards, or automatic white screens for presentations, so again if you make us aware of your needs we can accommodate you with the boardroom that will suite those needs.

Meeting Rooms

When you need a room to meet with your client away from the discovery room we have complimentary meeting rooms available to you.  Each of our meeting rooms are a comfortable size and are equipped with telephones for your convenience.  These rooms do not need to be booked and are available on a first come first serve basis.
